MRC laundry - helping with flood relief

This is one of the areas along the river hardest hit by the flooding.

Filling bags with relief supples at the Area Office building. They set up an are in the garage to receive donations.

I have a Phillipino friend here in Ireland that says that she heard that their house just flooded within the past week or so. Are the waters still rising, or are they just moving to other areas?

The waters in parts of Manila are still knee deep. In the Bagaio area north of here, the water has gone down but they are ahving mudslides. We continue to help as much as we can putting together relief bags. I will post more pictures this week when I can
